WEEKLY MEAL PREP
Each week I will be sharing a new menu of ready to reheat meals, perfect to suit a busy lifestyle while helping you feel great. Each meal can be tailored to vegetarian, vegan, nut or gluten free diets - please be sure to specify when placing an order.
Each meal is cooked and delivered on the same day, made fresh to order just for you. Most of the meals are suitable to be frozen and reheated but please ask if you have any questions.

Weekly changing a la carte menu will be posted on Thursdays for Monday delivery between 4-7pm.

Meals come in a portion size for 1 or 2 people, or as a tray for 4 or 6 people.

Harissa mushroom lasagne
A smokey harissa & tomato ragu with meaty mushrooms and black lentils, layered with pasta sheets and creamy ricotta.
Miso aubergine with coconut chickpea curry, rice
A sticky miso glazed aubergine is served on a base of creamy coconut chickpeas, flavoured with turmeric and ginger aromatics. Served with rice and spring onions.
Courgette butterbean bowl
A green gigantes pilaki - slow roasted courgettes and fennel with garlic and giant butterbeans. Served in a creamy broth lifted with fresh herbs, lemon, green olives and topped with feta cheese. Served with cous cous.
Spring greens shepherds pie
Leek, asparagus and broccoli make up the base for this seasonal pie, served in a creamy mustard bechamel sauce and topped with cheddar mash potato.
